Hey! It's almost 3weeks RPM™ 43 has been released at my fitness club and I like it so much! much more than wont go home without you-Maroon5 & viva la vida-Coldplay? Arrghhh..hard to say lah! i love them all! :-) it makes my heart racing...on and on...yeah!

As usual 9 great songs compiled for this 50minutes massive ride...yeeeaha!
But for me it's a bit different for the first 2 warm up songs. It's not just kind of usual warm up but i could feel the energy to work more and more.....gheeeezee..am i too addicted? who cares?

Closer by Ne Yo is a magical song. It was composed beautifully and i feel that i could ride nonstop with that song....and Katy Perry definitely rock me out with the Hot n Cold for about 3.5minutes.
Hot and Cold is really a good phase track particularly the chorus part of the song.

Guess what? this week i've been joining this new release 5days in a row and i'm so proud of myself :-) and currently i'm listening to RPM 43 (shhhhhhh....downloaded songs from iMesh)

Track 5 is killing me -a big song, big sound and intense interval training track. 4blocks of the hardest gear back to back which make me gasping for air...ouchh! I've got to get a hold of that song!! push! pushh! pushh!...aaaargghhhhhhhhh..

But all those hard works is rewarded with a ride home to an awesome Broken Strings. It's a nice cool down song.

RPM™ 43 tracklist:

1. Closer - Ne Yo
2. Hot n Cold – Katy Perry
3. Spaceman – The Killers
4. Take Back The City – Snow Patrol
5. Voodoo People (Pendulum Remix) – The Prodigy
6. In The Darkeness (Trance Mix) – Darude
7. Cry For You (Darren Styles Remix) – September
8. Broken Strings feat. Nelly Furtado – James Morrison
9. Love Is A Losing Game – Amy Winehouse

Ride On!

Cucur Badak is one of local cakes and sweet treats (Malay kuih-muih). Cucur Badak calls for really basic ingredients–sweet potatoes, flour, and grated coconut–but it’s the preparation method of these everyday ingredients that makes the taste ingeniously flavorful.
It recalled my sweet child memories during fasting month at kampung which still be practising till now. One of the neighbourhood routine is exchanging food with each other. The most popular dish is Buah Melaka and Cucur Badak of course!

I guess I've got too much time :-) but why not? I'm entertaining my weekend guests with my air tangan...and a plate for my neighbour too.

Ingredients for the dough:
  • 3 nos sweet potatoes (peeled, boiled and mashed)
  • 1.5cups wheat flour
Method:
  1. Boil the sweet potatoes in hot boiling water for 20 minutes.
Rinse, and mash in a big bowl
  2. Mix the mashed sweet potatoes with flour and pinch of salt till a soft dough is formed
  3. The dough shouldn’t be too sticky. If too sticky, add more flour to the mixture.

Ingredients for the filling
Pound all the (*) ingredients.

  • 10 nos dried chilies (your choice)*
  • 1cm ginger*
  • 1cm galangal*
  • 1cm fresh turmeric*
  • 3 lemon grass*
  • 1cm shrimp paste*
  • 1/2 onion*
  • 2ts dried shrimp*
  • 4cups grated young coconut
  • salt + sugar
  • Peeled small shrimps

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and add in the pounded ingredients. Fry till fragrant.
  2. Add in the grated coconut and mix well.
  3. Add shrimp
  4. Add in salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Cook over slow heat until almost dry
  6. Stirring occasionally to avoid burning
  7. Set aside and let it cool.

Heat oil and fry till golden brown.

I don't remember a witch ...but there was a black adorable cat who sat down beside me and told me that "I'm a cat who has strong legs, beautiful heart and the ♥ of thrills, I like to climb things - including hills. I ♥ pink and I ♥ cat and again the black cat told me that I'm a lovely friendly Pienkcat"
