Masak Lemak Jantung Pisang....
Jarang2 masak this dish, sebab jarang2 jumpa jantung pisang :P
Kebetulan, waktu ke kedai, ada makcik jual ulam-ulam kampung kat tepi jalan. Singgah & borong macam kat kampunglah lagaknya...aceh!


Jantung pisang dibersihkan dan dipotong nipis-nipis.
Rebus dulu untuk hilangkan rasa pahit atau getah hitam.


Ingredients untuk masak lemak. Tumbuk lumat and masukkan ke dalam periuk bersama santan cair dan masak menggunakan api perlahan.

Dah mendidih, masukkan jantung pisang yang dah direbus tadi dan masukkan garam and adjust rasa accordingly yer :)
Finally, masukkan santan pekat & biar selama 3 minit dan tutup api.....dah siap! :)


This is my favourite! Tumis bayam dgn rebung...kalo nak best, guna bayam kampung...pheeeerghhh! sungguh hebat!

Tidur boleh mimpi new recipe..dapat hidayah resepi...ni baru betul2 roh masak namanya :)..hahahhha

Seriously true! i dreamt of this recipe on 1 particular nite. When I woke up, i smile big to myself :) what a dream! funny tho..hahaaha
This recipe has an influence of mac & cheese skit, tp i remember precisely what all the ingredients & methods of cooking it (it's getting creepy guys....)


Blanched fresh broccoli in hot salted water for 2 minutes. Drain the broccoli and immediately put into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking and retain the wonderful bright green colour of it.

Meanwhile, boil the fettucine in hot salted water until soft but still has a liltle bit to it.


Add the homecooked tomato sauce on top and 2 eggs to bind the ingredients. Mix well.

Sprinkle a lot of cheese on top (i used mozarella & parmesan). Bake 180C for 20minutes.

Done! i dreamt of Baked Fettucine in Tomato Sauce ;)

Cek ada tips ;) nak share with those yang interested...kalo yg dah taw tu baguslah..keep up the good work! aceh :P

Selalu kalau ke pasar raya best kan? amik jer vegetables sesuka hati. Grab here and there. Bila dah sampai rumah, nak menyimpannya...ya bagai! pulun dok sumbat fridge yang kecik itu..Pastu, 2-3 hari sayur dah mula layu...huhuhu
Kata nak masak (konon) tapi tak jugak masak2...sibuk lar pulak kan? hehehe

Well, worries no more! Instead of kaedah penyimpanan guna plastik kedai or ada yg balut newspaper lembab lar and etc cuba try pakai storage plastic. SANGAT bagussss! it works 120% for me :)

For example, my brocoli can lasting for almost 3 weeks tanpa sebarang tanda2 kuning atau layu...fresh and tetap hijau! and some other green leafy vege can lasting for 4 weeks!huh!amazing!

Kat mana nak beli storage palstic ni? Aha! kat hypermarket ada, tapi from my opinion, Ikea punya lebih murah. Tak hingat how much but better & cheaper. Pastu ada 2 sizes in 1 box. Pretty convinient :) and washable. U can keep using it over and over again. Not only for vege storage, bulih jugak buat plastic kalo nak marinade chicken/beef or anything.
Mudah kan? cubalah.... :)

YARRCKKKIEEEEEEEE!!!
Disgusting & grossssssss!!!!

I was waiting inside the car in front of the restaurant at front passenger seat. I can see a couple of man and a women enjoying their dinner happily inside the said restaurant as they were seating facing to the car park. The distance is about 10m away.

Suddenly, what on earth a good looking woman, nice hair do and with up to date dressing MENGOREK GUDAL (sisa makanan) yang terlekat di celah2 gigi selepas makan right in front of a man!
I am not sure wheather the guy is actually her bf/husband or maybe just a friend. But! it does not matter who he is..why so f**k up doing such a no manners thing in front of another person?
Moreover in front of a guy.....ohh gheeeezeee...such a stupit idiot lady :(

Not only once, but she did that for almost 5minutes...she keeps repeating putting the fingers and almost the entire hand into her mouth to grabbed the left over food within her teeths....whhhooohooooo @___@
(i feel like to throw up while writing this @##$%&^%$$#)

Sometimes, we just don't realize our manners. We never care & bother on small tiny little things that actually represent our personality.
Well, I am not bragging of course! I admit that me myself not a perfect person, but at least i tried and keep trying hard to be the one :)

Awas! jangan panic yer tuan2 & puan2 :)

Ini bukan menu restaurant ciner..tapi anda masih lagi membelek blog saya yang sedap ini...huhuuu :D

Sekali lagi...Aummmm! (tiger menguap)...roh rajin sudah datang. Tetiba sajer tekak ini teringin sangat nak makan chinese food. Sepantas kilat idea datang, buzz here buzz there, less than an hour...tara!...



Steamed prawn with ginger & galangal...superlicious...bak kata penkritik makanan terkenal
tanahair "slurpp kuah rasa macam ketam, bila makan rasa macam udang..sedap!!"
How to cook: Plating the prawn, add salt, pepper, thinly sliced ginger, galangal & red chilies. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion & steam for 15-20 minutes.
Mix vegetables in oyster sauce. I like this dish! damn pretty :) (suker hati ngan)




How to cook: Steam all the vegetables for 8minutes and put aside.
In separate wok, heat the oil and stir fried chopped garlic & onion until fragrant & brown.
Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce & sweet soy sauce and mix well. Add salt & pinch of sugar to taste. Finally mix 1tsp corn starch with water and add into the sauce. Once the sauce has thicken, pour onto the the vegetables. Gorgeous!

How to cook:



Mix chicken pieces well with corn starch, wheat flour, salt & pepper. Fried until golden brown and put aside.
In separate wok, heat the oil and stir fried garlic & onion until golden brown. Add chilies sauce & tomato sauce. Add salt & sugar to taste and some water. Simmer under slow heat and add all the vegetables. Cook for 3minutes and add chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes and it's ready!

Fuh! banyaknyer masak...tapi pretty easy rite?
Itulah bestnyer chinese dishes ni, cepat & simple. Tak payah nak blender2 cili, tumbuk2 bawang ker, perah asam jawa ker...hehehee tapi delicious & healthy :)

Inilah akibatnya kalau cuti lama sangat. Dok melengung kat rumah...bukan sebab tak dak keja nak buat, tapi sumer dah buat. Dah siap mengikut jadual...(efisien siot)..hihiii

Nak kluar jenjalan, mak aiii! panasnya kat luar tu bukan main lagi...berfeluh-feluh...Bila dah dok kat rumah tu, mulalah otak ni berputar2 mencari idea nak makan apa, nak masak apa...huhuuu
